Welcome to Tametray! By purchasing, installing, or interacting with our products, you agree to the following terms. We promise to keep things as clear and fair as your morning counter will be once you use our product.

📦 1. Returns & Refunds

We get it—sometimes things just aren’t a fit (even if your counter says otherwise).

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your Tametray within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (including tax). Original shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in clean, undamaged condition. Used, cracked, or tampered trays are not eligible.

  • Custom Engravings: All engraved or otherwise personalized trays are final sale and non-refundable unless they arrive defective.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service—just like your hair tools, we don’t want your return going missing.

  • Adhesive failure

  • Physical damage during shipping

  • Melting or warping under normal styling conditions

Important Notes:

  • Warranty coverage is valid for one year from the date of delivery.

  • Reinstalling your tray invalidates your warranty. Our adhesive is designed for a single, secure use only. One mount = one love.

  • Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If validated, we’ll send a free replacement—no refund unless within the initial 30-day period.

  • Moved homes? No problem. We offer one-time replacement adhesive strips for a small shipping fee. Contact us to request.

We know your Dyson Airwrap or Shark FlexStyle is a serious investment. So we’ve made Tametray just as serious about protecting them. If your Tametray damages your styling tool due to product failure (not misuse or poor installation), you may be eligible for compensation under our Beauty Tool Protection Promise.

To Qualify:

  • The damaged tool must be a Dyson Airwrap or Shark FlexStyle only.

  • YOU MUST SUBMIT: Time-stamped video or photo evidence of the damage or malfunction, Proof of purchase of the tool in your name, Damage must be clearly visible or the tool must fail to power on during the video recording.

  • We reserve the right to verify and request additional documentation to prevent fraud.

Exclusions:

  • This promise does not cover other tools, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.

  • Cosmetic scuffs not caused by product failure do not qualify.

Not all walls were meant for Tametray—literally. We are not responsible for adhesion issues on incompatible surfaces.

Please ensure your wall is:

🚫 Not rough, crumbling, flaking, or porous (e.g. concrete, brick, unfinished wood, peeling paint)

  • Clean with 50/50 isopropyl alcohol + water solution.

  • Avoid oil/grease.

  • Lightly sand overly textured surfaces, then clean again.

  • Apply in a temperature range of 70–100°F.

  • Full bond occurs after 24 hours—avoid hanging tools before then.

Failure to follow preparation instructions may void your warranty.
